Promoting Well-being through Experiential Service Learning

Children and youth are identifying more issues related to mental health than ever before. We have an opportunity to transform the conversation around well-being and understand further how service learning, social emotional learning, and mental health literacy are being infused into our schools, our families and our local and global communities.

As taking care of the world includes taking care of yourself, this conversation will explore innovative experiential service learning programs designed to engage students, educators, parents, and group leaders to promote their own well-being and the well-being of others, empowering young people with skills, knowledge and motivation to bring positive change in the world.
