Laing House Youth Speak & Film Screening
Presented by the members and staff of Laing House, Youth Speak is an award-winning educational program that uses a peer-to-peer approach to increase mental health knowledge and reduce stigma. Members reach out to schools, businesses, community groups, conferences and other events to share their personal stories of mental illness and recovery. In this particular session, we will have two members share their stories and screen the short film “What Do You Think of Me Now?” directed by Laing member Carrie-Ann Boutilier. A facilitated discussion will follow
